Account Management

1. How do I create an account?

To create an account, simply download the Solar Market Uganda app, open it, and click on "Sign Up." Fill in the required details and verify your email or phone number to complete the registration process.

2. How do I update my account details?

You can update your account details by:

  1. Navigating to the Profile section (icon on the bottom right of the app).

  2. Selecting "Edit Profile."

  3. Making the necessary changes and saving them.

3. How do I delete my account?

Solar Market Uganda values your privacy and provides an easy way to delete your account and associated data if you wish to do so.

Steps to delete your account:

  1. Open the Solar Market Uganda app.

  2. Navigate to the Profile section (icon on the bottom right).

  3. Scroll down and click on Delete My Account.

  4. Confirm your decision when prompted.

Important:

  • Once your account is deleted, all associated data will be permanently lost and cannot be recovered.

  • This action cannot be undone.

4. What are the requirements for account deletion?

In compliance with Google Play's policies, the Solar Market Uganda app allows users to:

  • Request account deletion directly from the app.

  • Understand the implications of deleting their account.

  • Access clear and visible account deletion instructions.
